12 Week Online Training and Nutrition Plans

If you are in need of a new workout plan or just starting out this option is for you. I will devise a workout plan specifically for you. This allows you to train alone but still have the structure and guidance that is needed to truly get results.

I also provide individualized nutritional programs. I offer this service with or without training. You may be experienced in the weight room but do not know how to fuel your body properly. I will provide detail meal plans. You will learn what works best for your body type. I will need you to fill out a food log and report back with your progress.


Figure Coach/ Competition Prep

Are you planning on competing? Don't really know where to start? There is a lot to competing. I can help you. I will take the stress and anxiety out of your contest preparation. I can assist in suit selection, posing, stage presence, peak week prep, and much more. Let's talk about your show and what you are concerned about.


One on One Personal Training
